Optimization of cutting parameters to improve power consumption and material removal rate in high efficiency milling

چکیده
This study is an attempt to obtain a suitable combination of the milling parameters optimize electrical power and material removal rate (MRR) in slot aluminium 6061. Machining radial depth cut (RDOC), feedrate (Fr) axial (ADOC) are optimized using high efficiency cutting strategy. The results analyzed through response surface ANOVA for MRR. Response optimization shows that RDOC=48.8 mm, Fr=3000 mm/min, ADOC=6mm. error between predicted confirmation 4.3%.
